If you placed a quote order, and accepted a firm quote within the active period, your order has been dealt. This means that it cannot be cancelled.

If you placed a limit order, or an order for later execution, it may be possible to cancel the order.

Open orders list

Your open orders are all your orders that are currently working in the market. Open orders include:

  • Pending Orders: orders that have not yet been dealt.

  • Partially Executed Orders: orders that have been partially dealt. This can mean that the order is not yet fully executed, or that the remainder of the order is pending cancellation.
  • Frozen Orders: orders that have encountered a problem at the Exchange. Please contact the Davy Select Dealing Desk on 01 614 9000.
  • Rejected Orders: orders where the market has not been able to execute the order at a price equal to or greater than the limit that you set.

For frozen or rejected orders you should contact the Davy Select dealing desk on 01 614 9000.

To request a cancellation on a pending or partially executed order, click the Cancel Order button on the right of the order listing.
