**Certified means, a photocopy that must be signed and stamped by a Solicitor, Notary Public, Chartered Accountant, Commissioner of Oaths, Consular, Embassy official or an official from a regulated financial institution, clearly stating that the photocopy is a true copy of the original. Alternatively, call in to one of our Davy offices with your original documents and we can copy and certify them for you.

Non Resident Certification: The person certifying the document must certify the document in English, providing their full name, title and date of certification. Please note that documentation provided in a language other than English will only be accepted where accompanied by a professional translation document.

 

Acceptable Proof of Address*

 

If you are unable to produce the documents listed above, the following can be used as alternative Proof of Address documents:
 

  • Most recent Notice of Determination for Tax Credit - dated within the last 12 months;
  • Current Balancing Statement from Revenue Commissioners – dated within the last 12 months;
  • Social Insurance Documents - dated within the last 12 months;
  • Current household / motor insurance documents (policy or renewal noticeonly)– dated within the last 12 months;
  • Revenue Commissioners C2 Tax Credit - dated within the last 12 months;
  • Current local authority document (for example, refuse collection bill or water charge bill) dated within the last six months;
  • Motor-Tax Renewal Form - dated within the last 12 months; or
  • Current Health Insurance Policy (only) - dated within the last 12 months.
