Today’s Residential Property Price (RPPI) data show another sharp 1% gain in February, with annual inflation accelerating to 13% from 12% in January. Double-digit inflation is now evident across most regions of Ireland, with transaction volumes up 11% in Q1 2018 versus last year. We still expect some moderation in price growth in Dublin to be felt later in 2018 — but the overall picture is clearly of a buoyant Irish housing market.
