Green REIT - H1 2018 preview – underlying growth and strong defence

This will be Green REIT’s first set of results following the impact of the change in stamp duty from 2% to 6%. Overall, we feel that the company is likely to report results that are in line with the last reported net asset value (NAV) at June 2017 of 165.6c/share with underlying growth offsetting the stamp impact. The H1 2018 results will be announced at 07.00 GMT on February 20th.
